How long does it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are intact.
Does Mokobara offer a warranty on luggage and bags?
Yes, our luggage comes with a limited 5-year warranty, while backpacks and accessories are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and phone number via SMS/WhatsApp.
